Roopa Master-Coles

Founder and Director

Roopa has worked in the field of social justice for over 30 years, supporting organisations across public, private and third sectors. As an EDI award-winning practitioner, she has written and delivered numerous equity, diversity and inclusion training programmes (including accredited qualifications) and is a skilled practitioner in EDI culture change, developing leadership skills, mentoring and coaching, and widening participation. She is also currently an Assessor for the National Centre for Diversity’s ‘Investors in Diversity’ programme. At the coalface, she was a founder member and the first Chair of a small Racial Equality Council which grew to become a regional organisation, and has been an active board member of support organisations across a range of protected characteristics and vulnerabilities. Her recent experience in the education sector has provided a platform to influence inspection processes and she has proudly spoken at national conferences about the importance of EDI culture change in the sector. Social justice is not just a profession for Roopa, it's a way of life.

Dave Oxley

Dave is a cyber security expert, with over 20 years experience, who lives with persistent pain. He is keen to ensure access to the IT industry for all and has over a decade of experience in the disability space. He has been a Trustee of multiple charities, served as a school governer, and is an active STEM ambassador. In all of these roles he has focused on inclusion and equitable treatment for all.
